Anything between 150 and 350 QAR is normal. Below 150 you are at the cheaper end of the market, above 350 you are paying for a bigger salon, a longer appointment or branded products. The middle of the market sits at 250 QAR.
Why do prices vary so much?
The cheapest on this page is 45 QAR and the most expensive 1200 QAR, which is the real spread in Qatar. Location explains a lot of it: a salon inside a hotel or a mall in West Bay or The Pearl prices differently from one in Al Sadd or Muaither.
